Our Covid-19 policy - valid from January 19th, 2020

If Coronavirus legislation prevents you from staying with us, or if we are forced to close due to local tier restrictions, you will be entitled to a credit so that you can re-book at a later date. You can check the current restrictions in your area at GOV.UK. We realise the situation can change quickly, however we ask for as much notice as possible if you think your visit will be affected.

If you fall ill with Covid-19 symptoms prior to your arrival, our normal cancellation terms apply. This means you will receive a pro-rata refund if we manage to fill your booking. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.

Please note that Bovey Castle, local pubs and tourist attractions may be closed or have limited access during your stay.

We are following all government health and hygiene guidelines and ask you to do the same during your stay with us.
